Return & Refund Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and aim to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our custom-built terminals, we handle all returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis.
- Case-by-Case Review: If you experience an issue with your device, please contact us at LuscoTechnologies@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
- Faulty or Damaged Items: If your terminal arrives damaged or does not function as expected due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at no cost to you.
- Working Devices: We do not generally accept returns for fully functional terminals that were tested and used. We ask that customers contact us with any concerns before initiating a return.
- Shipping Responsibility: If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by us.
- Resolution: We are committed to ensuring fairness and will always act in good faith to resolve any problems with your order.
